I Wasn’t Crazy - I Was in Perimenopause.
And no one warned me how hard it would hit.


For years, I thought I was falling apart. Mood swings, bloating, stubborn weight gain, rage over the smallest things. That Meno-rage!  I didn’t recognize myself, and doctors brushed it off. I was nearly 300 pounds, deeply depressed, and completely disconnected from my body.
 

Then I joined a mindset program and it gave me hope. That led me to take courses in mindset, coaching foundations, and NLP. Not to become a guru, but to understand. I became obsessed with how our thoughts shape our reality. So, I was working out, eating healthy,  and doing the inner work. But something was still missing.

Once I started working with a dietitian, everything clicked. I realized what I thought was “healthy” eating was actually depleting me. Women in midlife need different nourishment. Now, I eat more than ever, just the right foods to fuel my body and support my hormones.

I lifted weights. I changed my mindset. I fed my body what it truly needed and I started to feel like myself again. I didn’t just survive this stage, I rose above it!
This isn’t about perfection. This is what saved me.
